The incident took place as two officers responded to a domestic disturbance at around 7:46 p.m. at the 5200 block of Arbor Street in the city's Olney neighborhood, police said. As the two officers walked up to the home, a person came out with a pit bull and the pit bull attacked an officer, police said. The officer, who was bitten in the arm, is listed in stable condition, police said.
